SHE LEADS FORUM CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of registrations for the SHE Leads Forum through August 29, 2023, (30 days before the date of the Forum) will receive a full refund, less a $5.00 processing fee. Cancellations of additional attendees on or after August 30 will not receive a refund.

FAIRMONT DALLAS
Please plan on arriving at Fairmont Dallas on Thursday, September 28 by 12 pm. Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm. We will arrange a secure location to store your luggage and carry-ons until it is time for your check-in.

If you are flying, the closest airports are the Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) and the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). DAL is approximately 15 minutes from Fairmont Dallas, and DFW is approximately 20 minutes from Fairmont Dallas.
​
The SHE Leads Forum will end with Grab & Go Lunches at noon on September 29. Departure flights should be booked beginning at 3 pm. Check-out time at the hotel is 12 pm. We will arrange for a secure location to store your luggage and carry-ons until it is time for you to depart for the airport.

Ground transportation from and to Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) and the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) will be provided for those who supply their airline information
30 days in advance – August 28, 2023.
Ground transportation includes free shuttle service to and from Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) or the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Fairmont Dallas. Transportation to Fairmont Dallas is available September 28 for those attending the SHE Leads Forum. Transportation service is available from Fairmont Dallas to Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) or the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) on September 29, after the SHE Leads Forum has concluded only.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to report your travel. Travel must be reported by August 28, 2023, to receive free ground transportation.
